Bethany Crystal, Interim Director, Decoded Futures

Bethany Crystal is a leader in the NYC startup ecosystem and educational community who has worked on tech talent pipeline initiatives with NYC organizations (including Tech:NYC, CUNY, DYCD, and NYC Public Schools) since 2014. She works fractionally across emerging technology startups (including web3 and AI companies) and venture capital firms to deploy community initiatives, go-to-market strategies and strategic programs. She sits on the board of Comp Sci High, a charter high school in the South Bronx. Bethany is passionate about harnessing emerging technology to empower the next generation of learners and workers.
