Tech:NYC Statement on Governor Cuomo's Net Neutrality Executive Order

In response to Governor Andrew Cuomo's new executive order "Ensuring Net Neutrality Protections For New Yorkers," Tech:NYC has issued the following statement:

“While the FCC doesn't recognize that startups and small businesses rely on a free and open internet to succeed, it is clear Governor Cuomo does. With this executive order, he is living up to his promise to fight for net neutrality and our state continues to lead the way in keeping the internet accessible to all."
