Jordan is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP. He advises and helps organizations implement large-scale technology transformation programs and digital initiatives. His wide range of technology experience includes modernizing legacy systems, building and customizing Java and .NET solutions, and implementing cloud-based platforms including Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Working at the intersection of innovation and government, Jordan has helped his clients achieve their missions through the use of technology. He works in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice and currently leads Engagement Transformation and the Housing and Rental Assistance Offering within Deloitte’s Human Services Transformation practice. He has a passion for bringing human-centered design techniques to help achieve the most effective technology solutions for his clients.

Jordan has worked closely with multiple states and jurisdictions across the United States to deploy technology solutions that improve the health and well-being of millions of Americans. He also leads a key strategic technology project for the City of New York.

Jordan graduated from the Boston University School of Management with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He and his wife live in New York, where they are raising their three children.
