Prior to Tech:NYC, Lisi worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at the NYC Mayor's Office of Operations. Over the course of the last 10 years, she has worked in project management, people operations, and organizational development at companies ranging from a Series A start-up all the way to billion-dollar tech company. Lisi received her MPA from Columbia, specializing in Urban Policy, which equipped her with a deep understanding of policy frameworks and their impact on urban environments. Throughout her career, Lisi McCall has leveraged her interdisciplinary expertise to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful change across various sectors.
